Taking on a PDI can be both positive and negative depending on the attitude of the PDI and your own expectations, what exactly is he looking for from you ? and what are you looking for from him/her?...try to assess that you are both singing from the proverbial same hymn sheet as far as what you expect from each other, if he is receiving training from another trainer bear in mind that he/she will still have a lot of questions for you and rely on you for help and support, both physical and mental especially in the beginning, make sure you are fully aware of the standard he/she is teaching to as to Joe Public he/she is now representing you and if he/she moves on at a later date the legacy will remain.
